How we work
Remote, Eastern hours
Overlap with US Eastern. No office. Async writing is the default; the inbox is the exception because visitors wait.
Small team, real seats
We would rather hire one person who has closed tickets than five who have only written strategy docs about support.
Paid sample on Cove
If there is a role, the loop is: talk, then a paid work sample on the actual product. We do not ask you to rebuild the messenger for free.
How to write in
Email help@coveinbox.co with subject “Careers”. Send a link to work, what you actually did in an inbox or on a widget, and which Cove surface you would touch first. We will not invent a fake opening to collect résumés. When a role exists, it will list a title, remote, and what the first month looks like.
