The inbox is a website you can install as an app. Open Cove, add it to the home screen, and keep notification sounds on. Typing and assignment work the same as on desktop.
What to use today
The web inbox, with notification sounds you set in Settings. On a phone, use Add to Home Screen — Cove registers as a standalone PWA starting at /inbox.
Why switch for the desk
You do not need a separate App Store client to answer from a storefront. The same queue, the same assignment, the same CSAT.
